No Water Today in Santa
Ana, Escazú, Alajuelita
and Desamparados
The Acueductos y
Alcantarillados (Water
and Sewer utility)
announced that it will
carrying out maintenance
work on the pumpitn
station known as Puente
Mulas 1 and 2 and will
be suspending the flow
of water in the areas of
Santa Ana, Alajuelita,
Escazt and Desamparados,
between 9:00am and
8:00pm.
Some 150.000 people will
be affected by
interruption of water
service.
The areas affected by
the interruption are:
SANTA ANA: Santa
Ana Centro, Gavilanes,
Pozos, La Chispa,
Concepción, Obando, Casa
Blanca y Calle Pilas.
ESCAZU: Escazú
Centro, San Rafael,
Bello Horizonte, Los
Anonos, Tena, Betina,
Quesada, Vista Alegre,
Maynard, Faroles, Tabas,
Mirador, Alto Palomas,
Miravalles, Mata Palo,
Guachipelín, Real de
Pereira, Loma Real,
Laureles, Multiplaza,
Price Mart and Trejos
Montealegre.
ALAJUELITA: Lotes
Badilla, La Avellana,
Corazón de Jesús, Alto
de Carrizal, Barrio El
Carmen, Bebedero y
Tiquicia.
Alajuelita Centro, San
Josecito, San Felipe,
