Visa-Free Nicaraguan
Trip For Iranians
Nicaraguan authorities
lifted the need for visa
for Iranian citizens who
want to travel to the
country for tourism
stays or business
purposes.
In order to ease
tourists' travel to
Nicaragua, the program
offers visa-free travels
but seeks passenger
passport and data.
“There are one million
tourists willing to
visit the country but
are facing visa
difficulties,” Mario
Salinas, the Nicaraguan
Minister of Tourism,
confirmed in an
interview with Iran's
Islamic Republic of Iran
Broadcasting (IRIB).
“Nicaragua is positively
brimming with wildlife
and offers numerous
trips and tours for
nature-loving tourists
who want to get a close
look at the amazing
flora and fauna in this
beautiful area,” he
noted.
Iranians can obtain a
Tourist Card on arrival
for tourist stays,
provided they are
holding valid travel
documents and in the
case of business
travelers, a letter from
their employer or
company in Nicaragua.
Located in Central
America, bordering both
the Caribbean Sea and
the Pacific Ocean,
Nicaragua enjoys various
nature reserves.
