Arias will be in Mexico until Saturday,
meeting with government officials and local
businessmen.
The prez is expected to return to Costa Rica
on Saturday following the big soccer game
between the two countries as they face off
in competition for the 2010 FIFA World Cup
games in South Africa, where he will be
personally cheering the "seleccion" in the
Azteca stadium.
