Chef Competition Announced
Chefs in Costa Rica will have an
opportunity to show off their talents at the "Maestro Culinario"
cook off at the first ever professional culinary competition in the
country.
Contestants can sign up for the event held on March 31 at:

The website says that the event draws on the methodology and
organization of the most renowned culinary skills at the
international level.
The event is sponsored by te Unilver Food Solutions, Nieto and the
Cervecería Costa Rica.
Among the requirements to enter the contest are that the contestant
is currenlty working in a hotel kitchen, an independent restaurant,
catering service, institutions lunchroom, food service industry or a
private or public hospital with the either of the following titles:
Chef or kitchen hear, Sous Chef or Assistant Sous Chef or Chef de
Partie.
