Megasúper Helps Ticos Pay Their
Utility Bills
The supermarket chain Megasúper is offering its customers a savings
on their utility bills while taking advantage on savings on
sponsored products.
Customers who purchase at least ¢10.000 colones in sponsored
products and present their "Tarjeta Mayorista" (points card), will
get back ¢3.500 colones that can be applied to any utility bill.
The program began on February 1 and run until the end of the month.
The supermarket said that during first three days of the promotion,
8.392 families took them up on the offer, that cost the chain ¢45
million colones.
