Honduras: Satisfied with
Cuba Agreements
Honduran Technical
Cooperation Secretariat
representative Karen
Zelaya expressed
Thursday in Havana the
great satisfaction for
the progress of the
agreements established
with Cuba.
Zelaya participates in
this capital in the
meeting of the First
Bi-national Joint
Commission of both
nations with the aim of
consolidating bilateral
relations.
According to Zelaya’s
agenda, the meeting will
review the fulfillment
of the work program
agreed between Havana
and Tegucigalpa in 2007.
Both countries expect to
carry out the
implementation of
cooperation programs in
sectors like health,
education, agriculture,
tourism, science and
technology, basic
industry, work and
social security, as well
as culture, art, radio
and television, sports
and foreign trade.
Both parts also hope to
extend their cultural,
