Mall San Pedro Fire Quickly Controlled
A fire that broke out in the food court in Mall San Pedro yesterday afternoon left three people affected with smoke inhalation.

The fire started in the kitchen of Tanury, promoting the evacuation of the second floor food court as emergency crews responded to the emergency.

The Cuerpo de Bomberos (firefighters) were responsible for the quick control of the fire and not requiring the total evacuation of the mall.

According to Héctor Chávez, director of the Bomberos, the fire was concentrated in one specific area which helped them in controlling the flames. Chávez said the fire is under investigation.

The three affected by smoke inhalation were attended to by paramedics and did not require hospitalization.
