Fidel Castro Meets with World Leaders
The leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, met with the presidents of several countries attending the 14th Non-aligned Countries Movement Summit.

Granma daily online reported Sunday that Fidel Castro yesterday held talks with the presidents of Venezuela Hugo Chavez, and Bolivia, Evo Morales.

The Cuban leader also met with Algeria´s President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, and Iran´s Mahmud Ahmadinejad, as well as with the prime ministers of India, Manmohan Singh, and Malaysia, Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Fidel Castro and Bouteflika exchanged viewpoints on the NAM Summit in Havana, and the need to continue revitalizing the group.

In the meeting with Mahmud Ahmadinejad, the Cuban leader referred to different topics, including Iran´s right to use nuclear energy with peaceful goals.
