Costa Rica to Open Embassies in India, Singapore
Costa Rica announced that it plans to open embassies in India and Singapore, in a move officials said recognizes the growing relationship between the Asian nations and the Central American country.

Costa Rican Foreign Minister Bruno Stagno told a local radio station that India and Singapore have special importance for San José because of the substantial economic growth in the two countries.
