Wendy Cruz Says Goodbye To Costa Rica
With tears and eyes and sadness in her voice, the beautiful and charming Wendy Cruz, said goodbye to the Telenoticias audience this morning, ending her seven year career at Teletica.

Wendy was offered a position at Univision, an offer that she took some time to consider, but too good to refuse.

Univision, in addition to paying her a well deserved salary (the amount was never made public), they reportedly offered to pay all Wendy's expenses to relocate, including the purchase of a house.

The entire staff, both on screen and off screen crew, were on hand this morning to give Wendy a proper send off.

Wendy thanked the viewers and with tears she said goodbye, signing off the local television station for good.

However, we can bet that her reports for Univision will be seen on channel 7 from time and time, and we will not lose sight of our beloved Wendy.


Wendy graciously posed for our camera last October as we covered the TLC protest.  Wendy, we will miss you!
