Colombians Demand US Extradite Posada Carriles to Venezuela
Members of the Colombian Caribbean House of Solidarity with Cuba have demanded the United States government extradite Cuban-born terrorist Luis Posada Carriles to Venezuela, to be tried for his crimes against humanity.

In a statement published online, the group recalls that Posada Carriles is the mastermind of the mid-air bombing of a Cuban airplane in October 1976 and of other attacks of terror, not only against Cuba, but also against other Latin American and Caribbean nations, including United States.

Nevertheless, the US government detained him for illegally entering its territory, where he is currently requesting political asylum.

This action, points out the document, violates international laws, which all lawful countries should obey.

The Colombian solidarity with Cuba group terms Whington´s attitude an insult to memory and victims´ relatives, an underestimation to the US people´s dignity and a challenge without any moral and ethic argument against humanity.
