LatAm Experts Debate Cooperative Development
The 17th Meeting of Directors of International Cooperation will include Tuesday debates among speakers from Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba, Mexico, Brazil and Honduras.

Discussions early today will aim at national development plans and international support. Debates in the afternoon will focus on programs developed by multilateral institutions.

Nancy Lopez, general director of technical cooperation of Venezuela´s Planning and Development Ministry, told Prensa Latina that she will talk about the endogen development model promoted by her country. "We think that cooperation can focus on projects related to popular economy, productive chains and communities," she added.

The event will include debates on Wednesday about bilateral cooperation, policies of extra-regional development and mechanisms to speed up South-South cooperation.
