Honduras Uncovers Arms Traffic
The Honduran Police intercepted a truck with more than 90,000 bullets for Russian AK-47s, a grenade launcher and 80 grenades.

Security Minister Armando Calidonio said the arsenal belonged to the Nicaraguan Contras that operated from Honduras in the 80s, but they have not established the cargo's final destination.

The source said the cargo was discovered when the police asked the driver to pull over for a routine inspection and he tried to escape, but the truck lost control and capsized.

The Police operation on the Pan American Highway that connects Nicaragua and El Salvador resulted in four arrests.
