President Blamed For Country's Failures

3.000 Receiving AIDS Treatment in Costa Rica
The official count is 3.000. That is the number of people in Costa Rica who are HIV positive or have AIDS and are being treated by doctors, according to reports by the country's Ministerio de Salud (Health Ministry) as reported by various clinics treating patients.
