Another Arrest in the Parmenio Medina Murder
A surprising development in the murder investigation of
journalist, Parmenio Medina, saw agents from the Organismo de
investigación Judicial (OIJ) arrest a journalist from the daily Spanish
newspaper Diario Extra on Wednesday.

proposed a new sexual guide for high school students. A month ago, the
church presented it's new text to the Consejo Superior de Educación,
the government body that approves all school programs. Monseñor Hugo
Barrantes, Archbishop of San José, said that the contents of the

Blast kills three at Brazil army barracks
Three soldiers were
killed and 16 wounded Wednesday when an explosive device to be
used for training was detonated at an army barracks in Rio de
Janeiro, army spokesmen said.
