March Is Expected To Be
"HOT"
Although the weather this month has been iffy, some rain, lots of
wind, and many days with temperatures below normal, even cold as the
night time temperatures in San Jose dropped to 14 Celsius on
occasion, March is expected to be hot and dry.
Well, at least that is the forecast by the national weather service,
the Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN).
Juan Diego Naranjo of the IMN, assures that next month we will be
feeling the full effect of the summer or "dry" season, when
temperatures are expected to rise.
Naranjo added that the hot months of March and April are a
contributing factor to the start of the rainy season which
traditionally begins in May and runs until November.
