Nicaraguan Solidarity With Cuban 5
The Nicaraguan media on Friday highlighted worldwide condemnation of the decision by three US judges in Atlanta, who upheld the convictions against five Cuban anti-terrorists.

Solidarity groups, radio stations, TV networks, and the written press reported on the rejection of the Atlanta Court of Appeals' ruling against the five prisoners in the US.

The Nicaraguan solidarity ratifies that Gerardo Hernandez, Ramon Labañino, Antonio Guerrero, Fernando Gonzalez, and Rene Gonzalez are political prisoners of the US empire.

The Nicaraguan Coordination Association, gathering hundreds of groups nationwide, strongly censured the decision made.

Radio Ya, Radio Sandino, and Radio Nicaragua, and papers like El Nuevo Diario referred to the case of the Five.

The Association denounced the five Cuban heroes are being violated their basic rights, are denied family visits, and relations with the Cuban consulate are hindered.
