First Woman Pedophile
Arrested; A 43 Year Old
American
Authorities say that
they have, for the first
time in the history of
the country, arrested a
woman pedophile, a 43
year old rich American
woman identified only by
her last name Jezek,
living in Escazú, who
loved to make young boys
happy with her sexual
favours.
Authorities say that the
woman is addicted to
drugs and children and
has been under the close
eye of policía de
Migración (immigration
police) and had applied
for a work permit to
open a primary school in
the Central Pacific town
of Esterillos de Parrita,
south of Jacó.
Immigration police
finally caught up with
the woman yesterday
while in the company of
a 16 year old, who is
believed to be her
boyfriend, and her three
children in Escazú
centre.
During the
investigation, police
learned that the woman
would pay young boys in
the coastal areas and
take them to luxury
hotels, and to places in
San José and Alajuela,
where they would spend
weeks at a time
together, seeing her
naked or scantily clad
as she left the curtains
open, in what police
believe to be a call the
attention of the boys in
the "barrio".
The head of the
immigration police,
Francisco Castaing, said
that the investigation
when they got complaints
from neighbours of the
woman's behaviour and
having seen
"provocative" photos of
her on the internet.
"We got a number of
complaints that the
woman lived with a 16
year old and we received
photos of the woman
dressed provocatively
and in the company of
minors", said Castaing.
The woman expressed
herself in the webpage
www.collarme.com (the
largest BDSM community
website), where she
described herself as
bi-sexual and interested
in relations with
submissive persons,
including being her
slave.
Costa Rican authorities
added that U.S.
authorities will be
charging her with being
a pedophile, which will
lead to her deportation
next week.
Castaing explained that
the woman's arrest is
based on the fact that
her tourist visa to
remain in the country
had expired, making her
permanence in Costa
Rican illegal.
In addition, immigration
officials said that the
woman's three children
are in the custody of
the Patronato Nacional
de la Infancia (PANI) -
Costa Rican child
welfare agency - and
have been in touch with
the children's father,
who is in Costa Rica.
