Delinquents Rob Cruz Rojistas
While a group of voluntary Cruz Rojistas (Red Cross workers) where saving the lives in Parrita, a group of delinquents decided to advantage of them.

The voluntary workers came from Atenas, Palmares, San Ramón and Santa Ana, taking time off work from their regular jobs, to help provide emergency relief to those affected by the heavy rain and flooding of the past 10 days.

The group got an unpleasant surprise Wednesday night when delinquents broke into their van and carried off with all the luggage that contained the personal belongings of the voluntary workers.

The robbery occurred outside the local Red Cross committee offices, taking with them uniforms and personal documents of the voluntary workers.

Police searched the area and came up with 2 suspects, however, had to let them go due to lack of evidence that they were involved.
