No Daylight Savings Time Here
 If you are wondering why our morning edition is one hour later on the North American east coast or one hour earlier on the west, it is due that Costa Rica does not move to Daylight Savings Time (DST)as many parts of the world do.

Until October, Costa Rica is now two hours behind Miami or New York and one hour ahead of Los Angeles, for reference.
