"ONE YEAR AFTER"

Dear friends,

"One Year After" is a meeting organized by the UCCR (United Concerned Citizens and Residents) for all Villalobos Investors to be held on July 6, at 10 a.m. Our guest speaker will be the Lic. Jose Miguel Villalobos.

"One Year After" the raid on the offices of don Luis Enrique Villalobos, we need this meeting for several reasons. Some of you are starting to doubt that there can be light at the end of the tunnel. Some of you are starting to compare the Villalobos Brothers to the other investment organizations that have gone sour. Some of you think that you will never see your money again, no matter what happens. Remember that all the other financial organizations collapsed because their owners lost the money or disappeared with the funds. Luis Enrique Villalobos has always stated that he wants to come back, and is prevented from doing so by baseless accusations.

Many of you think that nothing is happening... which is wrong. We have come a long way, and have made much progress. We are holding this meeting to give Jose Miguel Villalobos, our lawyer, an opportunity to present latest information to our members and investors, to explain how the case is proceeding, and to answer your questions.

This coming week, JMV will move his public relations agenda as has always been his strategy. In public relations, the timing is as important as the content, and this coming week, the stage is set and the timing is right. The legal steps have been taken, the wave of strikes is over, and the news media will be ready to listen. We will notify you through email and our web site, in advance if at all possible, of interviews and articles that are taking place in the coming days.

The purpose of this meeting is also to increase our membership, as the more members our lawyer represents, the louder his voice will be heard. Our goal is 10 percent, or 650 members of the UCCR, and with 100 new members, we can achieve that goal. Of course, our financial obligation to Jose Miguel must still be met, and we need an additional $15 thousand to meet our original commitment. Now is the time for fence sitters to jump in and give us the additional members and funds we need to finish our fight for justice.

We are keeping very careful records of every member's contribution and will provide this information to don Enrique when he returns. We are confident he will acknowledge your effort during these trying times. We represent a small percentage of his investors, a handful of people who have sacrificed and lead the way for his ultimate return to his country of birth, and it is your contributions that made it happen. He will remember that.

Again, we invite you to our meeting on Sunday, July 6 at 10 a.m. at the Hotel Aurola-Holiday Inn. We invite you to come for information, to join the UCCR, and help finish the fight for don Enrique's return.
