Palmares Tope One Big
Outdoor Party!
Palmares was the place to be in Costa Rica
on Thursday, with the annual tradition of
the Tope, which is part of the Palmares
Festival.
Tens of thousands descended on Palmares for
the day's activity, that included handsome
men, sexy women, lots of horses and beer,
lots and lots of beer.
Second to the Tope in San José on December
26, the Palmares Tope is just one large
outdoor party.
