Panamanian Orgs Promote Solidarity
with Cuba

Panamanian organizations of solidarity with
Cuba evaluated support program to the
largest of the Antilles, as part of
denouncing actions against American blockade
against the Island, informed official
sources Sunday.
Reinaldo Calviac, ambassador of the Island
in that nation, told Prensa Latina that in
that occasion a motion of support to the
cause of the Cuban Five antiterrorist
fighters, who are in jail unjustly in North
American jails, was approved.
Miguel Angel Candanedo, honorary Chairman of
the Coordinating Office of solidarity with
Cuba, highlighted that among the main issues
to analyze in the national meeting will be
the blockade and the case of the Five.
Regarding the labour of the organizations
that make up the Coordinating Office of
Solidarity with Cuba, he reminded that
meetings are organized periodically to
analyze done work and pending tasks and to
exchange about international situation
