Juanes: Cuba Concert the Best in My
Life
Bogota - The
Colombian singer song-writer Juanes said
Monday that the Second Concert Peace without
Frontiers held at the Revolution Square in
Havana was the biggest thing he has
experienced in his life.
In remarks to a local radio station from the
Cuban capital Juanes said the presence of
over one million people in one concert of
this type for peace is something he will
surely never see again because of the
emotion and the number of people attending
this performance considered historical.
He also stressed the concert went smoothly
despite of a sizzling hot afternoon with
temperatures of 95 Fahrenheit degrees.
We are very happy and satisfied with such a
great happiness and love of the Cuban people
and it is something they deserve, we are
really happy, you can not imagine, you can
only explain it by seeing it, it is amazing,
the way to Havana was difficult, it is
beautiful, told Juanes to Caracol Radio.
For the 15 musicians that attended the
Second Peace without Frontiers Concert this
will mark one before and after in their
lives because they have given a boost to
peace, friendship and fraternity and made
their audience inside and outside Cuba dance
and enjoy for over five hours. |
