Plot against Chavez Exposed in Venezuela
Caracas - Deputies of the Parliamentary Bloc
of Venezuelan Capital District unveiled some
media displaying top officials of the
Caracas Alcaldia Metropolitana (Greater
Caracas Council) plotting a conspiratorial
attack against President Hugo Chavez.
"The media proves that armed groups are
financed in Caracas Alcaldia Metropolitana",
Venezuelan City Councilor Alexander Nebreda
said during a press conference.
Nebreda said this evidence will be presented
to the District Attorney's Office of the
Republic.
He thinks the main author of this plot is
Caracas Metropolitan Mayor Antonio Ledezma,
and others like Caracas Civil Governor of
the Metropolitan Mayor's office Richard
Blanco and media director of the
Metropolitan government David Perez.
The images portray information on the
happenings that took place on August 26 in
downtown Caracas, during a workers
demonstration from Urdaneta Avenue to the
