"They Are Guilty", Assures The Fiscal
Juan Carlos Cubillo, the fiscal in the
Caja-Fischel case, interviewed by the Al Día,
said the eight accused in the case are
"guilty without a doubt".
Cubillo explained that all eight have been
proven guilty before the tribunal, with
sufficient evidence for the three judges to
return a guilty verdict today.
The fiscal assures that every shred of
evidence available was presented and that
his team is already working on the next step
in the process in the event the tribunal
finds the eight innocent.
"We have to wait and see", Cubillo told the
interviewer, who was clear that a verdict
either way does not affect in any way the
Poder Judicial and the judicial process in
the country.
