Nicaragua Honors Fidel Castro in His 83rd

Managua - Fidel Castro’s 83rd birthday has
found him fighting tirelessly for Cuba,
Latin America and the rest of the world,
reported the La Voz del Sandinismo website,
the official organ of the Sandinista Party
of Nicaragua.
In the article, the website points out that
the Leader of the Cuba Revolution has always
been in the front line of the battle and on
the people’s side, facing the Empire and the
oligarchy, in the struggle for peace, social
justice and the solidarity Cuba promotes
with its own example.
The report continues saying that his 83rd
anniversary has found him leading up a true
battle of ideas against the powerful, and
claims for unity in order to gain rights for
the poor.
The organ of the Nicaraguan Sandinista Party
notes that “the imprint of the revolutionary
career of Fidel Castro is, just to mention a
few examples, in the daily struggle of the
Latin American peoples to conquer freedom
and achieve total integration."
“The Cuban Epic, with 50 years of resistance
against the attacks of the imperial
superpower, is not only a source of
admiration, but also a remarkable experience
that encourages the progressive and
revolutionary movements developing in Latin
America at the moment. And its main source
of inspiration is Commander-in-Chief Fidel
Castro," the article concludes.
