This weekend, February 20 and 21, the first
ever Circuito Nacional de Surf DayStar will
visit the Caribbean coast’s Playa Westfalia.
Thanks to the local organization who made it
all possible, the best surfers in the
country will gather in front of Hotel del
Pilón for the third date of this national

New Traffic Law Takes Effect On March 1
Irrespective Of Legislators Disaccord On Fines
The heavy fines and points system of the new Ley
de Tránsito approved in November 2008 or the
fines being currently discussed by legislators,
will take effect on March 1, 2010.
