trading at ¢513 for the sell and ¢525 for
the buy at Scotiabank, a colon or two higher

The new Reglamento de Tarjetas de Crédito
that went into effect last week, prohibits
banks and financial institutions and any
other issuer of credit card not to "acosar"
(harass) by telephone their customers and
families who are behind on their credit card

Singapore and Costa Rica signed the
Singapore-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement (SCRFTA)
last week. According to a statement by
Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry,
the SCRFTA is a broad-based and
comprehensive agreement, covering issues
such as trade in goods, rules of origin,
customs procedures, sanitary and
phytosanitary measures, technical barriers
to trade, and trade remedies.
