Manuel Zelaya, the deposed president of
Honduras, to condemn the coup against Zelaya
by his country's military.

Jeanina del Vecchio, the ministra de

carrying deposed Honduran president, Manuel
Zelaya, as it was not a military aircraft
and at no time was Costa Rican airspace
