Amid tight security, Colombia's President
Alavaro Uribe, took the opportunity to shake
hands with well wishers gathered in front of
the Teatro Nacional yesterday.
President Uribe was in Costa Rica for only
10 hours to meet with President Pacheco and
other government officials to strengthen
relations between the two countries.
