Not to mention, the problems you point out with “lottery winners” takes place with the development of any energy system. That is more of a political problem, than scientific. There are ways to alleviate that crony corruption as well, but under the crony capitalist system that the world now operates under, I doubt it will happen anytime soon. I think in an article like this, it is better to site the good impacts, rather than accentuate the bad. The future can’t keep listening to the same old neo-conservative gripes of clean energy.
