As an aside, this woman is clearly no great intellect. When you come from a well connected family, and your brother is a West Point grad, one applies to Radcliffe, Princeton, Smith, the Seven Sister colleges, and your final backup is Swarthmore.

Her family come from dirty money they have raped and pillaged CR for decades the only reason her father got rid of the army is so no coup would ever be attempted against the CR government and they could continue raping the average Costa Ricans, she comes from dirty money that has laundered to come clean at the other end. This woman should not be praised but jailed and tortured. Fix CR’s problems before you go solving other people’s problems.

Ridiculous- Even if Costa Rica delivered on its green policies, laws and rhetoric, she would hardly be significant, because CR itself is not so. Because CR does not deliver, her views carry little credibility, though they sound wonderful to the ill informed.

When will people learn, Global warming, green hose gasse etc. is the biggest hoax ever , con , snow job, etc, ever put in front of Man. Do you really believe Al Gore, Kennedys and stupid Liberals. ? Yes the Climate changes just ask T Rex and his buddies. Does man have any thing to do with it,maybe but not much. I f man did not destroy the world from 1938-1947 when over 100 million people died and massive amount of bombs, leaded gas etc and un filtered industry. THen now is nothing!

sure like to see her pay package.
i wonder if she absorbs herself in charts showing the financial impossibility of Costa Rica’s unfunded liabilities. the impossibility of generating enough tax revenue to pay for the insane government that is growing by leaps and bounds. charts showing the disincentives built into Costa Rica’s economic system that discourage almost everything. where is that conference being held?
