This business can disappear in the blink of the eye should China, India, Pakistan, et al decide that they want to dominate this business sector. Socialized medicine and the Affordable Care Act in the US will decide what the market will bear, in terms of price. Beware Costa Rica, the world won’t continue to always do business here just because you are kind people.
