So we are not immune.
The question is what can be done about it?
Community centers for adolescents, cops on foot patrol, crime stopper phone lines, street cameras and seizure laws as well as cooperation with Interpole and neighboring states. Not that i like this type of thing a whole lot but biometric recognition software can help identify suspects and their movements through the public camera system even if they wear hoodies.
Things I’m sure CR is doing anyhow or working on and maybe now that the alarm bells are ringing, there will be more effort forthcoming.
