What nees to be done is drown the top 10 at ICE ,cut pay and benefits of the rest of it’s over paid employes by 70%. Then a rate reduction of at least 13%. Then audit Congress and Louis etc.

Let me try to understand this, ICE has extra capacity they can sell excess power into the grid and are also buying from “private generators” and NOT having to burn fossil fuels, as they have claimed as the reason for rate hikes before, but now are in need of a 13.7% rate hike?
Even in my wildest dreams this seems to be not logical. Perhaps it is more that ICE needs more money to buy more things that have no relation to electrical power, but increase the lining of personal pockets?
The law of supply and demand should be considered here.
