The Government needs to make it easier, to obtain a gun permit, trained and armed citizens will reduce crime . The death penalty and hard labor are needed for the Prison system and perhaps executing 30 % of the Government for Corruption.

Yeah Ginger, We all know it is a catch and release criminal who eventually decides there is no down side on robbing , beating or even murder here. CR needs about 2,000 more beds now and start putting them in prison. not going to happen anytime soon. Living out in a rural area or even in gated communities you are on your own and usually outnumbered. Slow police response and guards who get intimidated by the thieves as well. Security Minister Gustavo Mata.. is only a number cruncher and little on action or so it appears. Mr. President Solis, How about more prison space and start locking up the thieves? Naw, only dreaming …. snoooze.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO what… That makes it ok… DEAR MR. Public Security Minister Gustavo Mata this spreads like wild fire if you don’t do something about it. YOU do not report robberies of innocent people that got pistal whipped, beaten up and raped. They didn’t die, but they were victims… WE know 2 innocent familys that the gangs came in and took everything.. that is how the SUPPORT THEMSELVES, BY STEALING FROM THOSE WHO WORK…. Get a grip.
