Exactly my point Tim. If the “officials” are responsible for the gross misstatement of the facts, I have to wonder what exactly they are trying to cover up in this death, for whom and why? Until I know for certain that Dan Warner’s traveling companions and his remains are out of the country, I don’t believe they are safe.

His name is Daniel J. Warner and the description of the events leading to his death while Scuba Diving with 10 other people is a complete fabrication of the facts of negligence of those people providing the Scuba Diving Excursion Services and to avoid negative publicity to tourism in Costa Rica. This is hack journalism at its worst.
