He also used a “false color of authority”; threatening, and intimidating victims with his connections with OIJ, and the Police, (which did not exist). And he did it for over eight years with an expired Tourist Visa. It’s just too bad he wasn’t prosecuted, and sentenced to fifteen years in prison. He deserves it.
