Let the Costa Rica Road Engineers and the Government be Vigilant in fixing these roads. They have the money in their Bank accounts, get it out and pay to fix and make Ecuador quality roads. It is absurd that this country has the worst roads in all Central America and has a lot of the tourism, export taxes, import taxes, gas taxes, airport taxes and 15% on everything we purchase.
Costa Rica you get Vigilant and make better roads.
