Please, there are no Russian tourist. Sanctions have stopped all tourism in countries near Russia. Russians dont even go to the black sea due to no money. Cuba is still trying to export their ridiculous communist agenda. I have talked to some people in Limon who are very sympathetic towards Cuba, in particular doctors who were trained there. Many of them just outright hate Americans.
