You are 100% correct Arias had to get his ugly face in the Paper showing he opened the road. Like building the stadium, with no parking in Sabana , stupid , crooked etc.

is there anyone really surprised? I surely am not. This is standard operating procedure here. Build a sidewalk, then tear it up to put in sewer pipes. Build a street, then tear it up to put the curbs. Build a house, put holes in the wall later to put in electrical wiring.

Where were these ENGINEERS when the ROAD was built? Dishonest engineers and inspectors let this Disaster go out of Bucks in their pockets. They looked that other way and now OH we warned you!!!! NO, no you should have Warned the builders 4 years ago this was a danger and never let them build it like this… STEEP right to the Road. Crazy and I saw that coming before it was finished and wondered what the heck are they thinking….They were not thinking they had their hand out for pay OLA….. Criminal… Criminals…
