Some lawmakers who voted for this then became “concern.” Something about who gets the ticket?/ The car, the owner of the car? how do you inform them? what about car rentals? And so it got so confusing. Plus if you did not pay then a fine added to the ticket price. Pentaly added hundreds to the ticket that some had no idea they were caught. One Diputado wife had over 1K going from SJ to home Villa Real route.

When the Diputados figured out it was their wife, and family getting caught and owed thousand or more dollars. They forgave the tickets and turned off the cameras. Those who paid never got their money back. I agree ticketing here would soon cripple many financially when they try register their cars in December.
