Murder will get you 9 years for a single homicide in CR so it’s no surprise he was on the streets. It’s pretty clear he was the fall man for either the Colombians, Jamaicans, or Mexicans.

He has a murder conviction and he’s still out and about? Granted, Solis appears to be cleaning house these days, which is long overdue. I guess we just have to wait until he gets around to cleaning up the “Justice” system. It can’t be too soon!

As the article says above, the suspect is a 29-year-old Costa Rican – I just left the office but I’ll get you his last names shortly.

Why have we not seen (well, I haven’t found it anywhere yet) the name of the “suspect”? Nationality? I think that is important information for people to have – in case they knew/ran across him.
