Exactly true USMC. What a sham of a system, orchestrated by totally corrupt LAWYERS! You think they don’t know what they are doing in running a system this way…it is steal whatever you can!

In CR you are guilty until the Prosecutor decides he can’t get a conviction. This means they can lock you up “pending investigation” and every 90 days the Prosecutor can go before the judge and say he is still investigating. The judge can give him 90 more days and this will go on as long as THEY want to hold you 90 days at a time. . There is no bail. A friend of mines father was held for 2 1/2 years while being investigated. The offered hi a number of time if he would plead guilty they would release him with time served, however he was innocent and would not admit to being guilty. So 2 1/2 years later he was released due to lack of evidence. By then his wife and kids had lost the house and car and all he had worked for his entire life. CR justice system is a joke unless you have the money to bribe officials.

So does preventive retention a code for locked up without going to court.. You have to wait 2 years??? You are presume guilty .. wonderful.
