Is best not to have a car in this country, I just rent a car when I need to get out of town. Having a car here is a headache.

September is far away from with the mess in the middle east and Ukraine lots can change. Expect gas prices to get higher like England that is what new prez of CR wants. Get walking or a bike soon to be worse than anywhere in Central America.
