Like I said bird brains dumb blind sheep will not get it and think this is crazy this is a very complicated scheme, Costa Rica is not the only country that pays them other countries do it as well like Russia for example, compensation comes as cash or land rights in their country, people see sports as a godly thing FIFA can do no wrong and have all the legal immunity in any country they help.
The Costa Rican government is no different than the cartels or the Mafia they operate behind doors in such ways while being experts on marketing their image as a transparent country is all marketing and propaganda they are excellent at it.
