I’d wager on it…more ot for the ICE workers..I use to watch the ICE workers in Cuidad Quesada start their day off.Get in their trucks,leave the lot,drive a couple of kilometers away to the local coffee shop and sit for an hour relaxing…watched this several times..and you wonder why your ICE electric bill is so high…hello
