It just means less boats, and more planes, helicopters and submarines. While $14 million is a lot of money for the government to spend, it is nothing in comparison to the profits of moving a ton of cocaine. This is a lost war, that is only empowering more corrupt government behavior.

This is the best syllogy on the war on drugs that I have ever heard. EVERYONE should listen to this video that was taped at the University of Binghamton. It is time to end the drug war, and take the profits away from Narcos and corrupt government officials who work with impunity!
