I can tell you I have seen theses signs Playa Grande, Tamarindo, and many more. However, many see surfers in the water and think oh it must be okay. All beaches have their danger ……….beware.

It might just save lives. Hotels could hand out flyers stating the danger if they know that a guest is heading down to the beach that day too.
